How are errors handled? What is your return policy?
Generally, orders with errors made by the manufacturer will be redone at no charge and shipped as soon as possible. Orders that include an error made by the customer will be reprinted at a discounted rate and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply. An error made by the customer includes the following situations:

  • text originally submitted with an error
  • an option incorrectly chosen on the online order form
  • an error overlooked on a proof (regardless of submitted text)

Each manufacturer has a separate policy, so please contact us to discuss your particular situation, should an error occur, Paper Graces will do its best to correct the situation!

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is automatically charged at the time you place your order

Can I order by phone?
Placing orders via our web site is the preferred method of ordering. It ensures that you enter your text as well as shipping and billing information correctly. In addition, when ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to check on the status of your order as well as a shipment confirmation when your order ships out.

Items that Ship Separately
Some items may be required to ship separately from your order. This will be noted in the product's description, along with the estimated turn around time. Shipping will typically be included in the products price, please read the description for details.

Do you offer more products and invitations than what is displayed on your website?
Yes, we have more products and invitations available and we try to continually add new items to our website.  Some invitations styles are only displayed seasonally for holidays, etc. If you can’t find quite what you are looking for, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if we have other choices that may work for you.

Does my stationery, announcement or invitation include envelopes?
All of our invitations, announcements and stationery include envelopes unless it specifically states that it does not in the item's description.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Only residents of Texas will be charged sales tax (8.25%).

Do you accept orders that will need to be shipped outside of the continental United States?
Please contact us with questions regarding the processing of orders that will be delivered outside the 48 continental United States.  Please expect delayed and lengthier shipping times for the production of orders shipped outside the continental US.

How many extra invitations or announcements should I order?
This is entirely up to you, but it is a common mistake for clients to run short due to an address list that unexpectedly grew! It will be far less expensive to bump up your quantity during your initial order than to place a separate order for the lowest quantity offered.

How do I submit a stationery or gift line for consideration?
We are always looking to partner with great personalized stationery and gift vendors. If you are interested in submitting a line for consideration, please e-mail us with design and pricing information. Sorry, we cannot return samples.
